Miller is a 11.5 month old baby girl born with an ultra-rare ZMYND8 gene mutation which has caused refractory infantile spasms, developmental delays, and movement disorders.

Miller’s Miracle aims to develop and implement a personalized gene therapy for Miller while advancing gene therapy for neurodevelopmental disorders caused by ultra-rare genetic mutations, particularly those associated with refractory epilepsy.
